Return Policy

Scope

This return policy applies to all orders placed through antminerdistribution.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Mining hardware

All sales of mining hardware (ASIC miners) are final. Mining hardware cannot be returned or refunded. This includes pre-orders and deposits. Because miners are directly connected to financial markets, we cannot accept returns on these products.

Accessories and other products

Private customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Products that have been used or tested are not eligible for return

This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be shipped to:

In exceptional cases, a pickup can be arranged in consultation with us.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs. Antminer Distribution Europe B.V. reserves the right to make deductions in case of any deficiencies found during inspection.

After the return period

After the 14-day return period, no refund requests will be fulfilled without a decision from Antminer Distribution Europe B.V.
